What we collect
- What you send through a form on this site: your name, phone number, city or locality, and your message.
- Calls to the number on this site: the calling number, date, time and duration. We do not record calls.
- Technical data needed to run and protect the site, such as IP address and browser details in server and security logs. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To pass your enquiry to independent local installers so they can contact you about it.
- To let us know an enquiry arrived, and to follow up on whether it was answered.
- To stop spam and abuse of our forms. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for this, which checks your browser rather than asking you to solve a puzzle.
- To keep the records we are required by law to keep.
Who we share it with
Your name, phone number, city and message go to the independent local installers we refer you to. They then hold your details as their own, and their own privacy terms apply to what they do next.
We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting, security and privacy-preserving analytics without cookies) and Brevo (transactional email). We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 12 months and then anonymised: the name and phone number are removed and only the count, city and outcome remain. Accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
